We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to enhance and streamline the candidate journey in collaboration with our executive recruiting team.

Your primary focus will be to foster a positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders involved in the hiring process.

This role encompasses various responsibilities, including interview scheduling, refining executive recruiting processes, and actively contributing to the overall success of the recruiting team.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the logistics of interview scheduling for assigned requisitions, ensuring a seamless and effective service is provided to the organization while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Coordinate all aspects of candidate interview logistics, which includes sending meeting invitations, reserving meeting rooms, and organizing video conferencing details.
  • Prepare and distribute a professional interview agenda to all participants.
  • Maintain a transparent hiring workflow by regularly updating candidate statuses in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure consistent communication with the assigned Recruiter regarding the candidate being scheduled.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with the Recruiter and Hiring teams.
  • Address inquiries and scheduling requests while maintaining open communication with the assigned Recruiter.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the talent acquisition team, including process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator.
  • Proven track record of optimizing recruiting and interview scheduling processes.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and interview scheduling tools is preferred, such as Workday ATS.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, multitask, and demonstrate a willingness to contribute to all facets of the recruiting process.
  • Independent, creative, and committed to delivering a 'five-star service' and a high-touch experience.
  • Remain composed under pressure with a positive, proactive attitude.
