Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in evaluating, negotiating, and managing commercial transactions, contracts, and proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with sales and customers to create contract solutions that minimize risk and provide value to Philips and our customers.
- Support the customer fulfillment and proposal team in developing and negotiating contracts, proposals, and quotes.
- Provide expert advice on contractual rights, obligations, and terms and conditions to field teams and management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Paralegal, Certified Contract Management (CCM), or Juris Doctorate (J.D.) preferred.
