We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for evaluating, redlining, developing, and negotiating commercial transactions, contracts, proposals, and quotes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with sales and customers to create contract solutions that minimize risk and provide value to Philips and our customers.
- Work with field personnel and internal departments to evaluate and negotiate contracts for sales/service, including capital, consumables, Software as a Service (SaaS), service, consulting, and other related documents.
- Provide support to the customer fulfillment and proposal team for Request for Proposal's (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quotes (RFQs).
- Recommend and implement improvements of policies and process to ensure that proposals and contractual documents are aligned with company's business controls, policies, and procedures.
- Advising field teams and management of contractual rights, obligations, and provide interpretation of terms and conditions identifying solutions.
- 5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (or a combination of experience and education).
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel skills.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (preferred, with the ability to learn quickly).
- Additional skills in Lean methodology and project management with solid analytical and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree (required), with a Paralegal, Certified Contract Management (CCM) [or other contract management certification], or Juris Doctorate (J.D.), desired.
