About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) segment.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for understanding their business needs and developing strategic plans to address their requirements. You will work closely with our technology subject matter experts to provide innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the WTS segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and developing strategic plans to address their requirements.
  • Work closely with our technology subject matter experts to provide innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs and drive business success.
  • Utilize the Salesforce CRM platform to manage client and prospect accounts, track sales activities, and analyze sales performance.
  • Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to identify customer requirements, competitive trends, and business challenges/organizational needs.
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process, developing strategic plans to address both short-term and long-term requirements of the customer.
  • Leverage a team of technology subject matter experts to enrich knowledge base, facilitate sales wins, and achieve customer goals and success through active collaboration efforts.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment. They will also have a strong understanding of the Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) segment and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
