About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) segment.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their success with our products and solutions. You will work closely with our sales team, product experts, and customer success managers to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the WTS segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product experts and customer success managers, to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of business-to-business sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth.
