Position Overview

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Integrator to contribute to the modernization of our cloud infrastructure. This role involves providing expert guidance in enterprise engineering, architecture, and integration strategies to shape the future architecture of our Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the Enterprise Engineering & Architecture Group, you will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and project management professionals to enhance C2E integration efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive enterprise engineering analyses, including vendor comparisons and requirements traceability, to define and refine enterprise requirements and advance our Integrated Platform as a Service (iPaaS) architecture patterns.
  • Providing thought leadership on iPaaS implementation as a scalable solution for managing multi-cloud environments, evaluating various implementation strategies.
  • Identifying and documenting IT risks, issues, and opportunities associated with C2E engineering and integration.
  • Offering expert consultation for the development of briefings and engineering documentation for various review boards and acquisition milestones.
  • Engaging with mission partners to align on C2E strategies, identifying services and authorizations that can enhance efficiencies, and coordinating system migrations across multiple agencies and cloud platforms.
  • Delivering technical insights and assessments to address C2E-related technical and business challenges.
  • Leading cross-organizational initiatives to ensure alignment towards common objectives, such as advancing architecture patterns for a multi-cloud environment and enhancing digital acquisition processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

Applicants must possess:
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • A minimum of 18 years of technical experience, with systems integration experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Extensive experience in systems integration within government settings, particularly with complex System of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture/Cloud environments, including:
    • Proven expertise with major Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Google).
    • Demonstrated leadership in engineering and planning.
    • Strong understanding of engineering processes and hands-on experience with architectural artifacts and design patterns.
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and pass a polygraph examination.
Desired Skills:

Preferred qualifications include:
  • Experience with Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E).
  • Familiarity with cloud services in classified environments.
  • Experience in cloud-to-cloud migration projects.
  • Knowledge of iPaaS and PaaS integration across multiple cloud environments.
  • Understanding of Cloud implementations for Data Mesh and Data Fabrics.
  • Experience with Intelligence Community Data Centers and knowledge of joint architectures.
  • Familiarity with IC acquisition pathways and processes.
  • Experience with agile project management tools, such as Jira.
  • Relevant cloud certifications and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications.

Salary Range:

$146,000 - $234,000, reflecting the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other relevant factors.
