Your Responsibilities as a Support Specialist:

  • Assist with daily activities, including medication reminders, mobility support, and personal hygiene.
  • Accompany seniors to appointments and engage them in physical activities.
  • Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and run errands as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and maintain open communication with families.
  • Offer calm and compassionate support during unexpected situations.

We Welcome You If You:

  • Are new to the field or have prior experience.
  • Possess a passion for caregiving (previous experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Are CPR certified (American Heart Association) or willing to obtain certification.
  • Commit to upholding the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Have basic knowledge of housekeeping and cooking, with an emphasis on dietary requirements.
  • Exhibit compassion, respect, and a sincere desire to assist others.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Are physically capable of fulfilling the demands of the caregiving role.
  • Are legally eligible to work in the U.S. and are prepared for a background check and drug screening, having completed high school or an equivalent education.
