Senior Customer Support and Executive Administration Specialist

Aculon, a rapidly growing San Diego based specialty chemical manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated individual for a full-time role as Senior Customer Support and Executive Administration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Administration:
    • Provide administrative support to the CEO, handling confidential and sensitive information.
    • Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate projects.
    • Assist with expense reports and organize records for key accounts.
  • Customer Support:
    • Assist the CEO and serve as a point of contact for select inbound customer inquiries.
    • Support the sales screening process by intake of inbound calls and initial product and services to customers.
    • Review and confirm inbound purchase orders for customer requirements and notification of sales and operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Minimum 1-3 years in Customer Service in a Technical Field (Preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Punctual, Professional, Detail-oriented and thorough.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) applications.
