- Handle a wide range of sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Support adherence to safety initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
- PHR certification is preferred.
- Salary range is $53,825; compensation is based on experience, with the potential for an annual bonus of 12% of eligible earnings.
