Position Overview

Role Summary
The Regional Program Administrator collaborates with various Regional Leader teams to execute and manage a range of activities that support our branch teams and enhance client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
The Regional Program Administrator will:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to Regional Leaders, acting as an extension of their leadership team.
2. Collaborate with Financial Advisors and Branch Office Administrators to effectively plan and execute regional initiatives.
3. Facilitate coordination of in-person and virtual meetings, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.
4. Manage scheduling and calendar activities for Regional Leaders and their teams.
5. Assist associates in connecting with appropriate resources and follow up as necessary.
6. Partner with the BOA Mentor Coordinator to onboard new Branch Office Administrators.
7. Contribute to the development of regional newsletters and recognition programs.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of advanced administrative support and customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms.
Work Environment
