Burlington is seeking a highly experienced Regional Asset Protection Manager to lead the development and implementation of asset protection strategies across multiple markets. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving results-oriented initiatives to reduce shrinkage and ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute asset protection strategies to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of asset protection professionals to investigate and resolve incidents, and provide training and guidance to store management and associates.
- Collaborate with regional and store management, human resources, legal, operations, and control teams to address asset protection and shortage control matters.
- Monitor and maintain physical security controls and systems, including CCTV, alarms, and emergency systems.
- Contribute to the development of asset protection programs, provide direction and leadership in initiating new programs, and manage training and awareness programs for store teams.
- Audit financial, merchandising, and operations divisions of assigned locations and provide focused and actionable analysis of results.
- Build strong relationships with law enforcement and legal professionals to successfully interface with these partners on criminal and civil matters.
- At least 6 years of retail loss prevention experience, including district/regional management experience.
- Familiarity with asset protection programs and software, including XBR, Navistor, Wyzagwa, LPMS, and similar programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience conducting internal investigation interviews and managing external apprehension programs with proven ability to successfully resolve incidents.
- Travel required to all markets within designated district.
