Position Overview
The Card Program Administration Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the University's card program platforms, which include P cards and Travel and Entertainment cards. This position is essential in delivering customer support related to card programs, overseeing new account setups, maintaining existing accounts, conducting compliance reviews, generating data reports, and handling various related tasks. The Coordinator will also liaise with University departments and card providers to resolve any identified issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Administers card programs, including web-based tools and associated profiles for travel and expense management.
- Reviews and approves disbursement documents to ensure adherence to University policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Collaborates with University departments to address any issues arising from card programs or document reviews.
- Prepares and distributes account analyses as necessary while monitoring p-card audit evaluations.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Understanding of procurement card and expense reimbursement processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in computer and web-based tools.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Analytical skills for identifying and resolving problems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of three years of experience in card programs or expense reimbursement.
