Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing referral sources, actively prospecting for new referral sources, and educating our Hospice Consultants on the benefits of our service offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with existing referral sources and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prospect for new referral sources and develop strategies to increase business.
  • Collaborate with Hospice Consultants to develop and maintain business relations with customers.
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential and establish performance goals for the team.
  • Lead sales meetings and work closely with Marketing, Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to ensure alignment with our capacity and quality care standards.
Requirements
  • Associate degree, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of healthcare marketing experience.
  • Understanding of federal and state laws pertaining to the marketing of home care/hospice.
