Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional with a proactive attitude and the capability to juggle multiple tasks to join our team as the front desk receptionist/admin assistant to the owner. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a positive attitude towards work every day, and a minimum of 1 year of customer service and office work experience or training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with the office manager, owner, and operations manager to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
  • Work a fixed schedule free of weekend and nighttime shifts, with overtime available but not mandatory unless requested.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, handling incoming calls, assisting customers in booking appointments, addressing inquiries, pre-qualifying customers, and scheduling jobs/installations.
  • Manage the owner's schedule, ensuring timely distribution of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Receive and organize deliveries and mail, ensuring timely distribution to the correct recipients using the office's mailing system.
  • Handle a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate extensions or taking messages.
  • Participate in software training and continuous training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a positive attitude towards work every day.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service and office work experience or training.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously.
