Position Title: Customer Account Coordinator

Department: Customer Service and Sales Support

We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity within our Customer Service team at Graphic Packaging International. We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Account Coordinator who will serve as a vital link between our organization and our clients.

The Customer Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring that we meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent and accurate communication with both internal and external stakeholders regarding order fulfillment.
  • Oversee order and inventory management based on forecasts and analytical models.
  • Ensure timely and complete shipments to clients.
  • Manage projects for external clients, focusing on developing new business opportunities.
  • Meet all financial goals related to cash flow for assigned accounts, including accounts receivable and working capital management.
  • Engage in Lean Sigma initiatives and promote continuous improvement efforts.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customer contacts.
  • Act as a liaison between Graphic Packaging International and our clients on all account management matters.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of customer account management principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of success.
  • A four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
