Graphic Packaging International is a leading manufacturer in the food and beverage packaging sector, generating over $4 billion in annual sales. The successful candidate will be part of a team that supports the Americas Division, managing day-to-day operations for assigned accounts. Key success factors in this role include problem-solving, fostering long-term relationships, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent and accurate communication to both internal and external customers regarding all aspects of order fulfillment.
  • Manage orders and inventory based on forecasts and other analytical models.
  • Ensure timely and complete shipments.
  • Oversee project management for external customers, focusing on developing new business with existing clients.
  • Meet all financial goals associated with cash flow management for GPI as related to assigned accounts.
  • Participate in Lean Sigma initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external customer contacts.
  • Act as a liaison between GPI and customers regarding all facets of account management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of customer account management.
  • Familiarity with ERP business applications (SAP preferred).
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Required Experience:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience or a proven track record of success.
  • A four-year degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience is required.
