Job Summary:

IES Residential, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Warranty and Service team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support to the Warranty and Service team, including preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Assist with scheduling and dispatch of service crews, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, homeowners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software applications as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scheduling software and permit coordination.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan Software and permit application processes.
