Administrative Liaison Manager

About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Liaison Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our EVP, ensuring efficient execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule complex meetings and speaking engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather crucial logistical information for meetings held in person, by phone, or via video conference.
- Coordinate daily schedules to ensure the EVP stays on track.
- Compile background materials for daily briefings.
- Research and arrange domestic and international travel.
- Oversee travel documentation and reimbursement processes.
- Communicate key meeting details to relevant team members.
- Complete a wide range of sensitive administrative tasks, requiring professionalism, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and sound judgment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant to a leader or executive.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
