Job Overview

The TEKsystems Project Coordinator - Customer Support will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to existing customers in a warehouse/office environment. This role requires strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

  • Provide customer support and maintenance via high-volume calls and email communication
  • Manage 3G work in Mastermind and create schedules
  • Support various administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Work closely with internal techs and leadership to ensure consistent support within the warehouse/office environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and project progress

Requirements:

  • 6 months' experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
