Benefits Program Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Program Manager to join our team at Experis. As a Benefits Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all benefits programs for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement benefits programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the administration of benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), COBRA, and flexible spending accounts
- Collaborate with managers to understand their benefits needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act
- Manage the annual open enrollment process, including establishing a timeline, ensuring system integrity, and developing communication
- Resolve complex benefits issues and ensure accurate and timely submissions of required governmental reporting
- Stay informed of benefits-related legislation and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR or benefits administration
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with online enrollment systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with ADP software is a plus
- Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management
