Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Program Manager to join our team at Experis. As a Benefits Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all benefits programs for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement benefits programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage the administration of benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), COBRA, and flexible spending accounts
  • Collaborate with managers to understand their benefits needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act
  • Manage the annual open enrollment process, including establishing a timeline, ensuring system integrity, and developing communication
  • Resolve complex benefits issues and ensure accurate and timely submissions of required governmental reporting
  • Stay informed of benefits-related legislation and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR or benefits administration
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with online enrollment systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with ADP software is a plus
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management
