Job Summary

Woodgrain Distribution is seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at our Lawrenceville, GA facility. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years of managing an HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage the Human Resources Department, including HR staff, and maintain a well-organized, paperless HR function.
  • Develop, direct, and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Establish credibility throughout the organization and promote a positive work environment.
  • Lead and direct investigations, progressive discipline, and team member relations to ensure fair treatment of all employees.
  • Promote worker engagement through team member events and activities.
  • Develop and direct a performance management system that is aligned to business goals.
  • Oversee the service award program and compensation and benefits initiatives.
Requirements
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Experience with unions is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS.
