- Manage the Human Resources Department, including HR staff, and maintain a well-organized, paperless HR function.
- Develop, direct, and evaluate HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Establish credibility throughout the organization and promote a positive work environment.
- Lead and direct investigations, progressive discipline, and team member relations to ensure fair treatment of all employees.

- Masters or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
