Traveling Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead our construction projects across the southeastern United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing labor and subcontractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Site Leadership: Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Project Planning: Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress, and pulse of project.
- Operations Management: Manage and coordinate all job site operations, including labor and subcontractor management.
- Quality Control: Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program.
- Communication: Maintain positive relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's.
- Compliance: Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
- Financial Management: Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a Superintendent.
- Travel: Travel mostly in GA, AL, TN, and Carolinas, with potential to travel as far as TX, VA, and FL.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred.
Base salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Benefits.
