CRSI is seeking an Administrative Programming Coordinator to assist the Regional Office with a diverse range of responsibilities. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations across various departments, not limited to programming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Update and manage Facesheets effectively.
• Maintain and distribute releases for Program Specialists, which includes:
    • Sending releases to guardians for signatures.
    • Making copies for Direct Support Managers.
    • Filing and keeping releases current (Client Rights, Behavioral Med Consent & Annual Review yearly).
• Mail releases to guardians, follow up, and file in office books, ensuring copies are placed in DSM mailboxes.
• Organize and file documents for Program Specialists, Program Administrator, and other office personnel as required, both in hardcopy and electronically.
• Assist in maintaining filing systems and ensure that forms are up to date and accessible.
• Help with entering, monitoring, and updating services, outcomes, and schedules into Advisor.
• Prepare and electronically file bi-weekly payroll.
• Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
• Answer main office phone line and assist callers.
• Monitor the credential report to ensure compliance.
• Schedule annual training for employees and update their requirements.
• Organize special agency events and complete additional projects as assigned.
• Maintain inventory and order office and medical/PPE supplies for the office and homes.
• Conduct monthly office inspections and track training of office staff as required by the Safety and Health Committee.
• Open and sort incoming mail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is essential.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills are crucial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
