Role Responsibilities:

This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the Human Resources department. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely documentation for personnel records to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The position also entails managing updates within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including records for new hires, transfers, terminations, and pay adjustments. Additional duties include coordinating onboarding processes for new employees, maintaining HR files, and generating necessary HR reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, with four years of relevant experience or training; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various reports and documents.
  • Capability to respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies or healthcare community members.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in generating documents using Microsoft Office as per requests.
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
  • Problem-solving skills to address diverse situations with limited standardization.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in different formats.
  • Familiarity with various computer programs, particularly Human Resources software and Microsoft Office; experience with Paylocity and SharePoint is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle that meets insurance requirements.
  • Compliance with Bluegrass Care Navigators' Employee Health, infectious disease, and vaccination policies is expected.
