- Act as a liaison between operational management and HR to ensure effective communication.
- Disseminate HR-related updates and essential information to all staff members.
- Address employment-related questions from candidates, employees, and supervisors, directing complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, while reviewing policies for compliance.
- Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in human resources and employment law.
- Assist in managing performance evaluations.
- Support investigations related to employee conduct.
- Contribute to safety training compliance and tracking efforts.
- Oversee recruitment incentives, including referral and sign-on bonuses.
- Promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Strong time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Comprehensive knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a human resources role.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
