Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a broad, diverse, highly professional set of administrative support functions for the Regional President and Client and Community Relations team.
  • Take ownership of calendar management, including advance planning, adjusting calendars to address urgent requests, and managing incoming calendar invites and emails.
  • Support team and leadership meetings as they engage with both internal stakeholders and external clients, including in-person and virtual meeting coordination and logistics.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements expeditiously, accurately and in a cost-effective manner.
  • Manage all aspects of a complete itinerary, including meeting times, special events, socials, dinners, transportation logistics and required travel documents.
  • Effectively manage expense reports to ensure timely submission, inclusion of all required detail and complete accuracy.
  • Participate in volunteerism efforts and client events, interacting with employees and executive leadership at both the market and enterprise levels.
  • Provide support in areas related to events, foundation grants, reporting, administration of market's PNC-owned tickets for client entertainment, and market calendars.
  • Independently complete additional projects and special assignments, including tactical execution items in support of day-to-day operations, professional presentations, information gathering, on-boarding, budget/process planning, and following-up on key decisions.
Qualifications
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Preferred skills include calendar management, customer needs, office administration, organizing, presentation development, prioritization, and researching.
  • Competencies include accuracy and attention to detail, confidentiality, decision making and critical thinking, desktop tools, effective communications, flexibility and adaptability, and listening.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree.
