Executive Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management to join our team at The Center for Orthopedic and Research Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our revenue cycle management efforts, ensuring the effective management of patient accounts and maximizing revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve revenue cycle performance and optimize revenue streams.
- Lead a team of revenue cycle professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective management of patient accounts and billing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, payers, and vendors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize revenue streams.
- 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a proven track record of success in leading revenue cycle teams and implementing process improvements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management principles, including patient access, billing, and collections.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement, with a strong focus on process optimization and revenue stream maximization.
