About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to join our team at Shields Health Solutions. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new partnerships with health-system-owned specialty pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with health system leaders, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize deal economics and obtain internal approval.
  • Deliver presentations to health systems and stakeholders, showcasing Shields' capabilities and value proposition.
  • Manage the process to close contracts with new partners, working with health system and internal counsel.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and policy developments to provide competitive intelligence to Shields.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sales, executive relationship management, and service delivery.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through new business wins.
  • Deep understanding of the complexities of the specialty pharmacy environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's preferred.
