GSOC Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled GSOC Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Inc. As a GSOC Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and people.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring and Response: Monitor access control and camera systems, address access control alarms, and dispatch physical security officers as needed.
- Incident Management: Coordinate emergency incidents, report and communicate with first responders, and participate in regular training and scenario-based security drills.
- Documentation and Reporting: Compile daily GSOC activities into daily shift reports, accurately ensure detailed shift pass-downs, and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual GSOC statistical data.
- Communication and Collaboration: Answer telephone calls, provide security services coordination, and use radio to dispatch and track security officer/security receptionist calls for requests.
- Facilities and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly GSOC facility, and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, prior GSOC experience recommended, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Gmail, and other Google products.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning and development strategies, and methods of delivery for training programs; ability to present training material and facilitate training programs and sessions articulately, confidently, and with ease.
- Physical and Mental Demands: Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus; may be required to use a vehicle for the performance of duties; may be required to work in an active construction environment.
