Grand Seiko Boutique Sales Specialist

Are you passionate about luxury watches and eager to deliver exceptional client experiences? We're seeking a dynamic and result-driven individual to join our prestigious luxury brand team as a Boutique Sales Specialist at our Grand Seiko Boutique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized customer service and create memorable experiences for clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales of watches and related services.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within and outside the boutique environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the overall organization of the boutique and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education; associate degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM technology for clientelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful and driven with a strong aptitude for sales.
  • Adaptable and open to continuous learning and growth.
