We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Gallery Coordinator to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Sales Gallery Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales and Marketing Departments by performing Sales Front Desk, Gifting, and Kitchen responsibilities in a smooth and consistent manner.
  • Provide outstanding service to guests and owners, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure seamless pick-up and drop-off services for guests and owners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Intermediate digital literacy: Office Suite.
  • Proficient in English required (proficiency in both English and Japanese preferred).
