Community Property Supervisor

We are looking for a committed Community Property Supervisor to become a part of our team at Realty, a prominent player in the real estate sector. With decades of expertise, our organization provides a comprehensive array of services, including Multi-Family Housing, Commercial Properties, Condominium Management, Financial Lending, Hospitality Solutions, and Real Estate Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold and advocate for company policies and objectives
  • Offer guidance and support to condominium boards
  • Ensure outstanding customer service delivery
  • Prepare for and participate in monthly and annual meetings
  • Oversee budget execution and financial oversight
  • Lead a team of staff members
  • Foster positive working relationships with both staff and clients
  • Manage property renovation projects
  • Conduct routine property evaluations
Required Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience in Community Association or Property Management
  • Proficient in technology and computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in analyzing budgets and financial statements
  • Proven project management capabilities
