Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between tenants and property management teams
  • Oversee all aspects of property management, including budgeting, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Generate and analyze financial reports
  • Assist in the onboarding and exit processes for properties
  • Support capital improvement projects and other special initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and software
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to work autonomously

Work Environment:

This role involves both office-based and remote work utilizing company-provided resources.
