Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Amazzia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss Amazzia's services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including digital resources and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and other sales tools.
