Business Development Manager

Byrne Dairy Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lafayette, NY.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the sales budgeting process, providing accurate sales forecasts for assigned customers to facilitate strategic business decision-making.
- Industry Presence: Collaborate with Sr. Director to increase Byrne's industry presence through selecting, preparing for, and attending trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase company and brand awareness.
- Customer Management: Manage assigned new and existing customer leads and assigned customers' New Product Initiatives, following project management principles and driving through to a successful result.
- Pricing and Insights: Act as a resource between customers and Byrne's internal pricing for assigned customers as well as the development of pricing of assigned new opportunities, working closely with Sales Coordinator to define, track, and provide proactive insights regarding key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Work Experience: 3-7 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
Salary: $72,000 - $98,500 per year.
