**Job Title:** Human Resources Business Development Specialist

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

IVI America is a leading global network of fertility clinics. We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Development Specialist to join our team in the Americas region. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal company policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the healthcare sector, with a focus on employee relations and compliance. A bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field is required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interpret employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports leaders and staff in clinical and management practices national.
  • Ensures adequate compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the activities of the group companies through the implementation and maintenance of compliance processes.
  • Identifies HR-related opportunities to support the business and recommends solutions.
  • Prepares legal-labor procedures and coordination with external offices.
