Business Development Manager Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Restoration Pros. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with various market segments, including property managers, insurance agencies, and facility managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, and customer interactions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sales efforts with marketing activities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in a business development role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Results-driven and self-motivated individual
