We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and at least five years of commercial banking experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Business Development Officer. You will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies to develop new and existing relationships. Your goal will be to identify and develop prospects into significant new relationships with yearly goals for income production.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, be responsive, knowledgeable, and exceed customer expectations. You will also continually monitor current loans and customers' credit profiles to ensure complete conformity with terms. Additionally, you will extend credit within assigned limits to commercial customers.

You will support employee development and training, counsel, motivate, coach, mentor, and provide leadership. If you have a Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or credit analyst experience, it will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Five or more years of commercial banking experience.
  • Strong credit analysis skills.
  • Mastery of sales and marketing techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
