Objective: To deliver exceptional service and assistance to both new and existing clients, ensuring that targets for profitability and expansion are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support sales initiatives and long-term strategies to improve business performance and meet profitability, cost management, and operational efficiency goals.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, underwriters, and external parties.
  • Provide guidance to clients on insurance coverage and risk management concerns.
  • Facilitate policy modifications and cancellations.
  • Address claims and billing questions.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with insurance providers and underwriters.
2. Collaborate with current clients to offer quotes on existing lines of business or alternative options, and engage in cross-selling opportunities.

3. Promptly report any situations that could result in potential or actual errors and omissions claims or related complaints to the department manager.

4. Undertake additional tasks as requested or assigned.

Performance Standards:
  • Meet all performance and conduct expectations as outlined in the company performance review document or communicated by management.
  • Execute responsibilities as directed, achieving desired outcomes within established timelines and with a high level of quality and professionalism.
  • Establish and maintain constructive and productive working relationships with all staff, clients, and business partners.
  • Exhibit the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively fulfill job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for professional and technical growth.
  • Adhere to the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct, and all subsidiary and departmental policies and procedures, including safeguarding confidential company information, maintaining punctuality and regular attendance, and following safety protocols in all activities.
Qualifications:

Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience:
  • Two years of successful service experience within an independent agency (or equivalent).
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Property and Casualty License.
  • Proficient understanding of insurance agency operations, claims processing, coverage options, rates, markets, and relevant insurance laws/codes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all personal lines insurance products, particularly those offered through HomeServices Insurance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated automation, time management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management methodologies.
