Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team at ARCXIS. As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our field operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Analyze client construction schedules, prioritize daily assignments, and coordinate field visits to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Data Management: Accurately track and record client information, field inspection results, and other relevant data to support business operations.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact client satisfaction or business operations, escalating concerns to management as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of general office experience, with a focus on scheduling, coordination, and customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in construction management and contractor scheduling software a plus.
- Competitive Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, contingent on skill set, experience, and geographical location.
