We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Specialist to join our team at TDW Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining a positive and proactive HSE culture across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Partner with TDW leadership to ensure alignment on HSE plans and goals, providing HSE leadership, training, and operational support to all levels of the organization.
  • HSE Process Development: Develop and implement robust HSE processes and procedures, ensuring standardization across multiple facilities and regulatory compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
  • Auditing and Evaluation: Conduct audits and evaluations of HSE programs and processes, issue recommendations, implement changes, and monitor outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Track company health and safety metrics, identify and reduce risk, and work closely with leadership on facility improvements, equipment design, maintenance, and hazard assessments.
  • Incident Investigation: Assist in all aspects of incident investigation, including implementation of preventative actions, and participate in strategic and tactical planning and support of HSE initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain all Federal, State, and Local permits, prepare and submit regulatory agency submissions, and ensure emergency response systems, policies, and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations.
  • Financial Management: Manage budget for HSE activities and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HSE.
