Job Summary

AFL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Enterprise Market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the Enterprise Market, preferably in the fiber optic industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of fiber optic technology and its applications in the Enterprise Market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
