Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail clients to identify their requirements, address inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and propose suitable solutions. Your role will also involve swiftly resolving customer issues to ensure optimal satisfaction while maintaining product knowledge and the store's high visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Assist customers both in-person and via phone by assessing their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  • Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
  • Organize shelves and create appealing displays.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery operations as required.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and available options.
  • Adhere to inventory control protocols.
  • Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
  • Prior experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
