Position Summary

The Guest Service Agent plays a vital role in welcoming and registering guests, as well as facilitating their departure from the hotel. This position is crucial in ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and contributing to the financial success of the property. The Guest Service Agent serves not only as a host but also as a representative of our brand during evening hours.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is essential.
