Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Engage with customers in person and via phone to assess needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with both wholesale and retail clients.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as required.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
  • Restock shelves and arrange displays to enhance product visibility.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery operations as needed.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and available options.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures.
  • Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
