- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective sales techniques.
- Engage with customers in person and via phone to ascertain their needs and present suitable products and services.
- Establish and nurture trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail clients.
- Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
- Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as required.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
- Organize shelves and create appealing displays.
- Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Support delivery operations as necessary.
- Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Stay informed about product offerings and discuss available options with customers.
- Adhere to inventory control protocols.
- Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Prior experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
