We are currently in search of a Billing Specialist, tasked with the meticulous management of all aged patient accounts to maximize the collection rates of billed accounts.

This role involves maintaining ongoing communication with branch personnel while diligently working to ensure timely payments from all payers.

The responsibilities encompass securing payments from primary, secondary, tertiary, and any other payers for all billed accounts, including all guarantors for services rendered.

This includes claims related to commercial, Medicaid, and private pay accounts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of six (6) months of prior experience in healthcare insurance.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to type, file, and maintain audit records.
* This position is in-office, with no remote work options available.
