Job Summary

Labcorp is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to join our team. As an integral member of the Investor Relations department, you will play a key role in scheduling meetings and facilitating timely responses to inquiries from current and prospective institutional shareholders and research analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for IR events, including Investor Day, Annual Shareholder meeting, budget season, healthcare conferences, and IR roadshows.
  • Support the department during earnings season, reviewing and distributing earnings documents, reviewing transcripts, and other similar tasks.
  • Manage investor inbox and investor phone line to ensure timely response to investor inquiries, post press releases as needed, and notify NYSE of pending press releases.
  • Schedule support and expense reporting for the IR team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years working in a high-paced, office environment; IR experience a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly organized.
  • Proactive communicator with all levels of the organization and with external parties.
  • Ability to build relationships across the enterprise at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and IRinsights – CRM tool.
  • Analytical skills.
