Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Outreach Coordinator to join our team at the University of Vermont. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clinicians and partners in rural communities to facilitate engagement and support the planning and implementation of community services, educational projects, and community enrichment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with clinicians and partners in rural communities
  • Support the planning and implementation of community services, educational projects, and community enrichment initiatives
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and adapt evidence-based informational resources and curriculum components
  • Administer evaluations of clinical educational offerings and promote Continuing Medical Education credits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as behavioral or biological sciences, psychology, social work, or medical areas
  • One to three years' related experience, with effective organizational skills and experience with health communications
  • Ability to adhere to protocols and experience with the Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity and/or experience with evidence-based treatments for substance use disorders or other chronic health conditions
  • Experience in research and/or working with multiple and diverse providers and partners
  • Experience planning and/or supporting academic or educational events
