Role Summary: The National Political Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the operational framework and project management within the DCCC Political Department. This position is essential for fostering collaboration in support of Frontline and Red to Blue campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational capabilities and a commitment to advancing Democratic representation in the House.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily campaign activities, focusing on DCCC Frontline and competitive districts.
  • Oversee the distribution of internal communications, including editing and contributing to content as necessary.
  • Manage and execute all internal processes for the political department, including:
    • Coordinating the National Political Director's calendar and the overall schedule for the Political Department.
    • Facilitating internal meetings on behalf of the National Political Director.
    • Conducting special projects and general administrative tasks related to the Political Department.
  • Assist in organizing and executing significant candidate events, such as Fly Ins and Candidate Week.
  • Prepare presentations for external stakeholders, including agenda setting, content gathering from various departments, and logistical coordination with external partners.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
